ATLANTA, Ga. - A new era for Agnes Scott College kicks off on Friday as the newly-created track and field team, under the tutelage of "Coach Cocoa" Lauren Falohun, begins competition at the Emory University "Thrills in the Hills" Invitational. The meet will feature 11 Scottie athletes making their debuts. The team is led in experience by
Jane Scanlan-Emigh, an all-conference cross country runner from the fall, along with many other hungry and excited newcomers.
The Scotties will compete in several events in their kickoff meet, including a majority of the track events, plus shot put and discus in the field events. Live event coverage is available through
