The Agnes Scott lacrosse team dropped two games this weekend falling 21-1 to Greensboro on Saturday and then falling 21-1 to Ferrum College on Sunday.

Greensboro wasted little time on Saturday scoring the first goal in the first 20 seconds.  At the half-time buzzer they scored their tenth goal putting the running clock into play.  Senior Caroline Recio scored the Scotties' lone goal in the second half on a free position shot.  Sophomore goalkeeper Ashley Holder played 60 minutes in goal and recorded 12 saves.

Sunday's match against Ferrum started out much the same as they day before.  Ferrum scored within the first two minutes and was up 11-1 at half-time.  Recio scored the Scotties' only goal on a free position shot. With the running clock in effect throughout the second half, Ferrum continued to dominate possession for the win. Ferrum led in draw controls 18-6 and had the advantage on shots 35-7. Holder played 60 minutes in goal and recorded nine saves.

The Scotties will return to action on Thursday at home as they face Methodist at 1 p.m.
