"Playing with a depleted squad was definitely challenging, but that is not an excuse for doing the things that we needed to do in order to be competitive. We could have rebounded much better and closed out on shooters quicker. Hopefully, we can improve on those two areas tomorrow and leave the Berry Classic with a win" remarked head coach Trish Roberts.
Millsaps led the rebounding 54-37 and outshot the Scotties 39% to 25% from the floor. Agnes Scott had the advantage on 3-pointers, hitting 35.7% from beyond the arc compared to 26.1% by Millsaps.
