DECATUR, Ga. - The Maryville Scots came into Woodruff Gymnasium this evening and handed the Agnes Scott Scotties (8-9, 3-6 USA South) their third straight conference loss, taking down the Scotties 3-0 (25-20, 25-9, 25-17).

The Scots (11-10, 6-3 USA South) used a powerful attack to wear down the Scotties, as they hit .344 as a team on the evening, led by Brianne Sidner, who led all players with 14 kills. The Scotties had 4 different players achieve 5 kills, but were led in kills by Maryville, 44-28. Anna Tomkins had 15 assists and Paige Heck logged 11 digs for the hosts.

The Scotties will return to action on Saturday, as they host Huntingdon College at 2:00 p.m.
