In their second match of the season, the Agnes Scott tennis team fell to Covenant College this afternoon in Lookout Mountain, Ga.
Covenant swept all three doubles matches and won at number six and number three singles before Kendall Latimer got the Scotties on the board with a win in the number four spot. Covenant took number five singles and Agnes Scott got their final points with wins by Mariel Herrera at number one and Claire Rinaldo at number two.
"We got off to a rough start today, but I was proud of the way we rebounded and played some good singles out there" commented head coach T.J. Greggs.

The Scotties will return to action next weekend as they travel across town to Oglethorpe University for the Southern Shootout. The Scotties will face Rhodes at noon on Saturday and Birmingham Southern at 9 a.m. on Sunday.
