The Agnes Scott College basketball team struggled Thursday night on their home court offensively and defensively as they fell 83-34 to LaGrange College. LaGrange outshot Agnes Scott 66.7% to 24.1% from the floor and took the advantage in rebounds 41-23.

Sophomore Courtney Kelson led the Scotties with 13 points. Sophomore Destiny Freeman added seven points from the bench. First-year Care Bacon contributed six points and three steals. Notably missing from the starting line-up was junior Shavonne Orr who was out with an illness.

The Scotties will return to action at home on Monday night as they face #12 Emory University at 6 p.m.
