Agnes Scott College

Coach Arnold most recently served as an assistant coach at North Carolina A&T, working primarily with the pitching staff. Prior to A&T, she spent three seasons at her alma mater, Claflin University, where she helped develop back-to-back CIAA Pitchers of the Year and contributed to the program's first-ever CIAA Championship in 2022 and a school-record 32-win season.

A former student-athlete herself, Coach Arnold was a four-year letterwinner at Claflin and helped the Panthers win the 2017 SIAC Championship.
