Scotties Finish Season Strong at NCAA Regionals

MEMPHIS, Tenn.—Agnes Scott cross country closed out its season with a 31st place finish at the 2019 NCAA Division III South/Southeast Regional Championships hosted by Rhodes College on Saturday morning. First-year Monica Neely (Columbus, Ga.) smashed her personal record in the 6K event, shaving 35 seconds off a previous best set at the USA South Championships just two weeks ago.

ROCKY MOUNT, N.C.—It was a banner day for Agnes Scott Cross Country, racing to many personal bests on its way to a second-consecutive seventh-place finish in the USA South Conference Championships. First-year Monica Neely (Columbus, Ga.) was the top Scottie as she has been all season long, coming in 31st overall in the 6k race.

ROME, Ga.—Running for the first time in three weeks, Agnes Scott Cross Country raced to an 11th-place finish at the Berry Invitational on Saturday morning. First-year Monica Neely (Columbus, Ga.) was the top Scottie in the meet, finishing 64th overall with a time of 27:12 in the 6K event.

Thank you for your interest Agnes Scott College Cross Country. We are looking to build our foundation this season and would love for you to join us on our journey. Our new staff has their sights on great things ahead and we are looking for student-athletes who are ready and willing to become a driving force on our team when they arrive on campus.

Our Cross Country program is not only a team but a family. Dedicated to the growth of our athletes both on the course and off, it is our mission to help impact the lives of each member of our team.
