This is V Dagnino’s second year as a Graduate Assistant at Agnes Scott. Born in Peru to Father, Luigi, and mother, Vanna, Dagnino was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Dagnino is a former member of the Peruvian National Softball Team. At the age of 14, became the youngest member on the senior team to play in a world tournament. Dagnino graduated from Oberlin College in 2022 as a first-generation student with a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative American Studies. During their time at Oberlin, Dagnino was the starting catcher and a captain for the team. On campus, Dagnino worked closely with Oberlin's Sports Information Office, Football Recruiting, and with the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Dagnino also was a part of PRSM, which was a student organization whose members were employed by Oberlin's Title IX office. Their purpose was to create and lead workshops for the college’s consent education program and to raise awareness on campus. They were one of the athletes that intersected their interests and created an Athletic-specific workshop that has since been in place for all of Oberlin Athletics.

Off the field, they work closely with the Agnes Scott Athletic Department and helps oversee athletic communications across all sports. Dagnino hopes to graduate May of 2024 with their Masters of Science in Sports Administration.
