Why Agnes Scott?

I chose to be a Scottie because I love the atmosphere that Agnes Scott provides. The sense of community is strong and it feels like home here. The campus is small and nice but you are also connected to what Atlanta has to offer, it's the best of both worlds. The professors here care about you on more than just an academic level and the athletics program takes time to know their athletes.

Why Division III?

D3 meant that I could still play the sport I love without sacrificing academics. Agnes gives me more opportunities than I would have at another college. Small classroom sizes give me the chance to engage more. D3 meant I could be a student before an athlete while staying relatively close to home. Being an athlete here has allowed me to explore who and what I want to become without sacrificing other things.

Career Highlights

• Started 15 of 16 games for the Scotties in a shortened junior season (2021)
  • Batted .286 with three extra-base hits, four RBI and four runs scored
• Saw action in all 10 games during sophomore season (2020)
  • Six hits and three RBI in limited time
• Started 33 games during first-year campaign (2019)
  • Team-leading 31 hits and 19 RBI to go with a .341 average

• English Honor Society Chaplain
• History Honor Society
• Fellowship of Christian Athletes member

Personal

• Child of Fernita, and Michael and Donna
• Majoring in Public Health 
• Her career goals are to be a social behavioral specialist 
• Served as Captain since her sophomore year
• Currently serves as the SAAC president and an Resident Assistant
