"Tonight I'm really proud of the team, we're showing a lot of progress. We do have a lot of opportunities in areas like scoring but overall I'm seeing the defense, I'm seeing the communication what we're asking for, a lot of things we're working on in practice with hitting the actual shots, now we've just got to push forward and learn how to actual score," said head coach
Shanna Trone. "Tonight it just felt like we were scoring maybe one or two points per rotation and that's what we talked about afterwords, just getting them to understand the importance of scoring. We did a lot of good things, so I'm very proud of them. Defense was on, offense was on, we were trying new plays and things like that, so I'm just happy that their trusting themselves overall and being comfortable with trying new things. Now we've just got to push forward this weekend and make some things happen with the outcome in the scores."
