    ROME, Ga.—Running for the first time in three weeks, Agnes Scott Cross Country raced to an 11th-place finish at the Berry Invitational on Saturday morning. First-year Monica Neely (Columbus, Ga.) was the top Scottie in the meet, finishing 64th overall with a time of 27:12 in the 6K event.

    GAINESVILLE, Ga.—Agnes Scott Cross Country ran out to a 12th place finish in a loaded field at the University of North Georgia Invite on Saturday morning. Monica Neely (Columbus, Ga.) was the top Scottie harrier, coming in 51st overall.

In a mixed-division field for the second consecutive week, Agnes Scott did not back down on their way to a fifth-place finish at the Middle Georgia State Invitational on Saturday morning.

    OXFORD, Ala.—Agnes Scott Cross Country showcased its renewed energy in a stacked field at the Jacksonville State University Struts Season Opener. The Scotties raced to a 13th-place finish despite running in the deepest field they will see in 2019 and displayed a marked improvement from a season ago.
  • Cross Country Placed Eighth in Preseason Poll

    ROME, Ga.—The Agnes Scott cross country program was voted eighth in the USA South Coaches’ Preseason Poll on Thursday morning as announced by the league office. The Scotties finished seventh at the 2018 USA South Championships in November.
